Sonam Peldon

Sonam is the Business Development Manager and Support Coordinator. With over six years of experience as a Registered Nurse across aged care, community nursing, and various hospital setting, Sonam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a Business Development Manager and Support Coordinator. Her role as a Support Coordinator is to ensure that each person receives a personalized and holistic care that aligns with their unique goals and needs. Sonam will be closely working with our participants to develop and coordinate their NDIS plans to help support and pursue their current and future goals.
