Dema is the Managing Director of Bedurya Community Care Services. Dema has over 6 years of experience having worked as a Registered Nurse as well as an Enrolled Nurse. Dema carries a wealth of knowledge in mental health, community, and palliative care which are some of the key specialties required in administering and managing community care services. Being a Buddhist, Dema is selfless and has a life-long commitment towards making a difference in the community, a service to be truly proud of.
